We currently ship throughout Australia.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM AEDT (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods, promotions or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders across Australia.

No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

• Military addresses
• Restricted delivery zones

Hartwell is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help provide a suitable resolution.
